Reviews and Ratings
I had an interesting stay at the hotel. The room I got wasn't the Deluxe Double Room with a view of the river as I had booked, but it was still spacious, furnished with nice antiques, and had a large balcony overlooking the river. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious, and the hotel, in general, had a bucolic charm to it.
My stay at the hotel was delightful with clean and comfortable rooms, a great location near the river and old city, and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. However, the bed was a bit small and inconvenient. The dining experience was fantastic with a generous variety of local products, but it could get a tad chaotic. Overall, a charming hotel with some minor room for improvement.
The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood by the river, offering spacious rooms furnished with lovely antiques and a large balcony overlooking the river. The service is friendly and very helpful, making for a welcoming stay.
The hotel is located in the old Jewish neighborhood in Veria in a renovated 19th-century house right above the Tripotamos river, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere with the delightful sound of running water. The rooms, while clean and reasonably spacious, lack a bathtub and some are located a few meters away from the main building. The friendly staff, especially Sylvia the Wonder Woman, goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing guidance on local attractions and offering a superb breakfast with local products in front of an open fireplace. The dining experience, cooked with love by the host Anastasia, is remarkable, although more local touches could enhance the menu. The hotel stands out for its interesting location in a beautiful part of Veroia with historical buildings and close proximity to restaurants.
Staying at this hotel felt like being in an authentic Greek home in the old town with a great veranda overlooking a small river stream. The rooms are well-proportioned and very light, providing a cozy atmosphere. However, the sound of the echoing river below might bother some people, but it also adds to the charm of the location.
